Frequently Asked Questions

What is Voter Fetch?

Voter Fetch is an online phone banking program. A campaign uploads a list to the Internet and a supporter sits in front of their computer and makes the calls, inputting the results back into the computer so that the campaign can get the results in real time. Isn't that a fantastic idea?

Why did you create Voter Fetch?

We were campaign consultants way before we were Internet enthusiasts. Over the years we learned that typical phone banks are extremely inefficient. Most are only located in very populated areas they're only open a few hours a day. We wanted a way for people to sit in their homes and make calls anytime they want (well, when reasonable).

Does Voter Fetch have an offline mode?

Yes it does. A supporter can download a list, make the calls, and upload the results back into the system within 5 days.

How do you maintain accountability? How can you make sure someone isn't messing with the campaign and inputting bad data back into the system?

To be honest with you - we can't. We leave that up to you. The campaign immediately receives an email every time a new person registers. You have the option of approving them right then and there or doing some research. Google and Facebook are handy little tools.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is not based on a per user rate. It's based on which office you're running for because we don't think its real fair to charge a US Senate candidate and a City Council candidate the same rate. Email us at fetch@voterfetch.com for our fees.

Do you only offer Voter Fetch to Republicans?

Yes. We only work with Republicans and conservatives in non-partisan elections. We will also work for non-profit organizations helping a good cause.

Who are you?

We are a bunch of political strategists, web geeks, designers, and programmers. Learn more about our team here.

Can I get a demo?

Absolutely, but before you contact us, check out some of these videos. If you still want a live demo, email us at fetch@voterfetch.com to set up a time to chat.

Do you work with non-profit organizations?

Well, that's according to what you're trying to do. We'd love to team up with you if you're working for a good cause.. If you're working for ACORN, you can forget it pal.

Do you have a partnership program?

Yes we do. If you are a consultant or developer who wants to work with us on multiple clients, we'd love to team up with you. Contact us at fetch@voterfetch.com and ask for Wesley. He'll get right back with you.

Does Voter Fetch work with VOIP systems?

Not yet. We designed Voter Fetch with one core objective - simplicity. Our application was designed more for neighbor-to-neighbor type calls. However, we will be looking at expanding to VOIP down the road, maybe even in the next few weeks.

What is Voter Fetch good for?

We originally designed Voter Fetch for campaigns to build home phone banks. It's a fantastic way for supporters to call local voters for ID, turnout, and advocacy calls. Along the way we've also realized that it's great for fundraisers looking for an easy way to turnout donors for events. It's even a good way to make sure your candidate is making all the calls you've assigned him/her. Get creative with it and let us know what kind of results you're getting.

Can Voter Fetch be customized to match my campaign website?

Yes it can, but the prices vary according to what you're looking at doing. Contact us at fetch@voterfetch.com and tell us what you want. We'll get back a price back to you ASAP.

Can Voter Fetch be linked up to my CRM or database?

Well, that's according to what you're working with. Programs like CiviCRM and Salesforce are possible. Email us at fetch@voterfetch.com and tell us what kind of programs you're working with and we'll see what we can do.

Does Voter Fetch have an iPhone app?

Good question. Not yet, but don't worry. The Voter Fetch team uses nothing but Macs so we're working on it.

Can we chat on the phone or in person?

Sure. Email us at fetch@voterfetch.com. Give us a number and tell us who to call.

What's the Voter Fetch dog's name?

He's a chocolate lab and his name is Mac... as in MacBook Pro.
